It doesn't emit a narrow 10 degree beam of light.

I wanted a narrow 10 degree beam of light to emphasize my images. It's not even a narrow beam, and there are strange dark lines on the projected beam of light.

One of the lamps has failed

One of the lamps has failed. It blinked on and off. It wasn't an outlet because I tried it in several different places and it did the same thing. I want to change the lightbulb.

They don't shine like narrow 10 degree spots.

These narrow spotlights were purchased to replace some traditional spotlights. One of the three lightbulbs didn't work and they definitely didn't seem like 10 degree bottlenecks (more like flooding). I returned them for a refund.

All six arrived in working order and no problems so far

Two of them have been in my track lighting for a year. They are a nice yellow color (not an ugly blue) and bright. Very happy with them. I tested them all when they first came out and based on the reviews I recommend doing the same. Shipping companies can be tough with packages.
