Bulb blown after 2 days!

The bulb died after 2 days. Update: Decided to give these 1 another chance. I ordered a second lamp and it only lasted 3 days.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • There are nuances

The lamp has arrived DOA! the best compact fluorescent lamps

These lamps are not sold by the manufacturer but by some Mickey Mouse third-party sellers. To make matters worse, they were sending out USED lamps. and of course they don't work.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • So-so

15,000 hours of life from me!

Absolutely the best CFL bulb I've ever bought! Got 3 of them working all night. Excellent light output at 15W and halogen-like colour. The best part is the durability. also on the street, in cold and heat, in the rain, but who cares, the first lightbulb only burned out after 15,000 hours! I've bought other Satco lights before, believe me they're worth the money.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

Good light but very slow to reach full brightness

Unlike traditional compact fluorescent lamps, this SATCO S7207 takes a relatively long time to reach full brightness. It's annoying. However, the product emits a very pleasant light. I have a dozen and none of them have burned out in over a year. I think it's best to use these lights for areas where you leave the lights on all the time and where you want directional (spot/flood) lighting.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide

Slow and terrible life

Went back to halogens because it's bullshit. I renovated my entire house with CFL for about $400 2.5 years ago. Most of the simple ones are still running, but out of 16 Satco S7207s, 6 have died! They are used in our kitchen and turned on for an hour or two every day. Terrible failure rate and a far cry from the claimed 10,000 hours or NINE YEARS. Also, they work too slowly. I'll take a look at LEDs, but now let's get back to halogens.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors appeared
