The support team is very knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and professional. They also have great documentation and guides which helps with implementation. No dislikes about this product but I would like if they add more features such as integration with other products in their suite (such as Kinesis or Redshift). The ease at which you learn how this product works is amazing, there's no prior knowledge required as long as your comfortable with Javascript/Jquery or AngularJS (or whatever framework they use).
