On first use with my grandson the 'slot machine' came out of the 'red' and I can't figure out how to turn it back on. I can't figure out how to get it working again etc. I wrote to support (after calling them first and not getting an answer). My boys aged 8 and 4 loved this set. Both had no trouble learning to drive and working with controllers. They loved it until it broke, which unfortunately happened the day after opening it on Christmas morning. 5 stars for fun but maybe 1 or 2 for durability at best. Well, I didn't think I would like it as much as I do now. Having no experience with this company or brand I wasn't sure what to expect. I know it is a UK company and the product is made in China. The quality and durability are pretty high, with the biggest downside being thin cables and cheap handheld controllers, but they're still very responsive. Only time will tell how well they hold up.
