The whole lid and basket were also very loose. I ended up replacing it with my broken glass basket but I had to modify it to fit by cutting off part of the outer ring as it didn't fit. I'm a nail designer, I could afford that back then. I work with longer dishes. But I wouldn't recommend things like tweezers or cuticle pushers because they slip past the mount and get stuck on the floor. Placing multiple items can also cause dishes to get stuck and the tray cannot be lifted.
