It is easy to use as it has simple interface which suits everyone's need regardless of their experience level with computers & technology services are great too! The interface is super intuitive! There are some addtitional features that you cannot find elsewhere - which makes this tool worth it's weight!! I love all of their additional functionalities that we haven't even realized as users yet. The software is very intuitive to use & does what it should do without any glitches! We are able solve our problems of having inconsistent schedules by using this program!! I wish there was an option where you could see your schedule right away when adding someone as well if they were not currently scheduled into another event but rather just available at that moment. I love how easy it is to use and make changes to our schedules. It's also very helpful that you can have multiple people schedule at once so it makes it easier to keep track of who has what time open. Nothing really. The ease of use makes this software easy to implement with any size team! I am currently using it across 5 companies which has resulted is significant time savings compared to our previous solution (the built -in calendar). It's also so simple that even someone who does not know how computers work can figure out by looking at screenshots what they need do next after logging into their account online.
