The product itself is great, but be aware that it cannot be used on every car. I don't have the right sewing foot for this very wide needle. It should be noted that a specific foot is required for use.

That's Schmetz. What else do you expect!? It was bought on a whim and almost by accident - that's the VERY widest width my car can handle. But with very careful adjustment of needle position, I got it to work, and it worked exactly as it should.

Not for heavy fabrics! I bought 2 of these and one broke on my jeans the first time I used it. :( If you use this on lighter fabrics you should be fine. I appreciate the evenness of the perfectly spaced rows of stitches; they look so pretty! One more word of caution: make sure your machine can accommodate the width of the Needle (including threading through the widest sewing foot) before you buy Happy Sewing!
