Scissors are great. A four year old learning to cut had a tough time because they are a bit cramped to use. 5 years. The experienced carver had no problems. Add paper and glue stick, sit back and grab a coffee, they'll keep you busy for an hour.

Bought these for my four year old art lover. They are misaligned and difficult to open without using force. My son couldn't use half of it and I could barely use it with my normal efforts. Why produce a product if it is defective?

I bought these scissors for my grand niece who is 7 years old. She uses them all the time. Very functional and safe. I would highly recommend this durable, easy to use and value for money product. It's something that encourages creativity and I think every family with smart little kids needs these scissors.

Not very easy to use. I've been buying these for 4 years, but I hardly ever use them myself! As a result I had to return the first ones that came as a couple didn't even open. But the replacement came as soon as possible and worked perfectly. They may be better suited to older children, but again, as an adult I found them quite difficult to use. I have a pair from another brand that work great so I think only this brand is not very elegant.
