This was an easy install in place of a dead OEM multi-disc changer in my 1999 4Runner. It's thick and solid, and the mounting holes line up perfectly with the brackets that hold the CD changer. My only complaint is that there is still a lot of space left around it and it could have been made higher and lower to have more storage space at little extra cost. However, having some new Dash memory is better than nothing at all.

After hours of searching on Revain and other sites like Crutchfield I decided to give this one a try. I had my doubts, but it fits perfectly with the factory mounts on my 1999 Toyota 4runner (under the single din head unit). Don't settle for the universal bag - it's designed for Toyota trucks. This bag fits any 3rd generation 4runner (1996-2002). The plastic feels very strong and I didn't even need screws to attach it to the factory mounts.
