Defective 😐 good for packing tape

Product received in the mail but the tape is old and not good. The glue came loose and stuck to the top of the tape. The adhesive left on the bottom will not stick to anything. I would give this product 5 stars if the reel wasn't old. I give three stars because despite the lack it was what I wanted and Revain was quick to refund the money for it.
