Nice but too small in shirts

I bought this for my friend and bought the largest they had which is 3x and it was more like 1x if it was really small I would fit and I'm a girl and it wasn't too big for me it fit perfectly but for a man they are too tight/small but the shirt itself is good and seems to be of good quality say

Good quality shirt πŸ”₯ but unfortunately a bit small, I 3xl runs true to size and ordered 3xl, it fits very snugly unless you like a snug one Fit, I would take a size up, great shirt and overall design πŸ”₯
