I like how simple it was to integrate with our website, as well as adding additional features at no cost! The screenshot api works very well with our web app, it's easy to use as compared to other APIs that I've used in my career - such as this one which doesn't seem able at all! We're still using only trial access so far but have been satisfied thusfar for now. Our product has many users who are not tech savvy or even computer literate (as we would call them). The developer support team are very helpful, quick to respond with any requests you have for clarification! Also they use PayPal which makes it easy if want payment in Australian dollars or US Dollars (I am located overseas). I really like that there's no limit from how many people can be taking screenshot at once - this was my biggest concern when researching other APIs as all others had restrictions such as having only one person take an image each time. I like that it's easy to use, not difficult or expensive at all for businesses who are just starting out with web scraping (or even if you have experience). It also has an excellent customer support team as well which helps make everything run smoothly! The only downside would be some lag in certain areas when using multiple services so there could potentially need more servers added but this isn't too big of deal since they're pretty cheap anyway.
