The screenshot api works very well with our web app, it's easy to use as compared to other APIs that I've used in my career - such as this one which doesn't seem able at all! We're still using only trial access so far but have been satisfied thusfar for now.

Our product has many users who are not tech savvy or even computer literate (as we would call them). This screen capture tool makes their job easier because they can just copy paste text from any page into another document without worrying about formatting etc..
