Scunci Thick Hair Black Elastics - Strong Hold, No-Damage, 5mm Thickness - 24 Pieces per Pack (2-Pack) Review

Bought them in store and fell in love with them, one pack must have lasted over a year! Since I bought them here, however, they keep breaking. I've used a whole pack in less than a month. Maybe it's better to buy them in the store and not on the Internet? I don't know, but it's very frustrating when your hair is exactly how you want it, put on a bandage and *click*, it's time to start over!

These are usually my favorite hair bands because I have a lot of hair but I lose them all the time so I bought these two packs to wear for a while. I had them for 2 days and 7 broke, all on the first use or two. I have never had this problem when I buy them from the store, not satisfied at all. I didn't think the hair ties could be defective, but there's definitely something wrong.

Upgrade * These rubber bands appear to be broken. Half of them break as soon as I try to use them. The ones that don't fall apart completely will stretch after a few uses, so only the fabric is holding them together, not the elastic. Very disappointing as I was looking for these more durable hair ties and ended up with a lot of rubbish. I don't know if this is a really old batch or just an inferior product.

Really great ties! I have very thick hair and wear it a lot (almost every day). They hold up well and rarely break. In fact, I've just reordered a few more (I have about 10 left from a pack of 48) AND I ORIGINALLY ORDERED THEM IN AUGUST 2016! NOW SEPTEMBER 2020! I would say it's quite long for some hair ties to make it that long.

I usually like these hair ties. I bought a batch of these watches over two years ago and two packs have lasted me that long because they fit my wrist and I won't lose them. In short, I finally escaped and bought myself. Two packages only lasted a few months because after a short time the rubber band tore and was only fixed with a cloth, or the whole hair band tore. Some have broken trying to get them out of the box. Now I'll buy from the store because I think they've been sitting idle for too…

I have very thick hair and thought this would be perfect for me. However, they seem to fall apart much quicker than regular hair ties. There are 48 bands so I don't think it will run out any time soon. However, I don't know that rubber bands are as strong as other bands.
