A more reliable solution

It is difficult to find a configuration for use in an in-ear monitoring system. The old cast end blocks that came with the system weren't very strong. .

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Expandable

Works fine for my suggestion

I use this to convert my wired headphones to bluetooth. This cable is just the right length and seems strong enough for what I'm using it for.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Fine

Works great on HD579

I used this cable to make my Sennheiser HD579 wireless with a bluetooth adapter. That works great! Fits in headphones with no problem. Seems pretty solid and there are two of these so I have a spare.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Vulgarity

The 2.5mm connector was bent on arrival

I thought this would be a great way to connect my Bluetooth wireless receiver to my m40x headphones. They were a good length, but the 2.5mm connector was bent on both cables (the 3.5mm end was not bent).

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No automatic

Works so far, I doubt they will last much longer although

Worked well initially but I understand why they come in a pack of 2. When used with my Quest 2 and Seinheiser Game Zero headphones and one of my cables, I lost right channel audio within the first 2 weeks of use.

Pros
  • Happy so far
Cons
  • Some issues

Not suitable for ES100 MK2 and Bose QC3 headphones

EarStudio ES100 MK2 headphones cannot be connected to Bose QC3. It looks like the headphones are shorted! Do not try this setting. The quality looks good. As others have pointed out, the 2.5mm jack is bent, but I'm wondering if that's intentional? In any case, you can do better, keep looking.

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • Boring packaging

Works how I want it

I want to connect a Bluetooth receiver to my headphones so I was looking for a short 3.5mm to 2.5m cable. This is exactly what I want and it works. I'm giving it a 4 instead of 5 because it's very rare that the sound is only on one side and you have to twist the 2.5mm end a bit and then it's fine again. This only happens the first time you put it on, once adjusted it works perfectly until you loosen and refit it.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • The list will be long.
