it doesn't say next to EXTRA STURDY SUPPORT it's more like extra softness without support if my husband didn't take it I'll send it back. I need extra support because of neck pain. sigh very upset!

Appears to be good quality but thick not firm. My head sinks into the pillows behind my ears. Update 3 months later - pillows no longer have their shape or support. Just bought a replacement for her.

SO practical! I sleep on my side and these pillows are perfect. I also stack them against the wall at the head of my bed and sit next to them when I'm using my phone/tablet or watching TV. I currently have four of these and will soon have eight more.

I bought this pillow because I don't like feather pillows because they wrinkle or don't fold well. This pillow is very firm and keeps its shape. The head does not rise, the overall comfort is 100% better than in a hotel. Fits perfectly in a pillowcase. Will buy again.

This pillow was advertised as Extra Firm Support. No, that is not so. It is absolutely soft and without any support. I use very firm king size pillows to put my legs up when I sleep. It hasn't decreased. It flattened my legs. I couldn't even use the foot cushion. Even trying to use it to sleep was impossible because it was so soft. It irritated my throat. If you need EXTRA FIRM, this product is NOT for you. Absolutely false advertising!
