Extremely durable yet comfortable. Sometimes I sleep on my side and sometimes on my back. In any case, I think this pillow is a great support.

Good pillow. I tried sleeping on it and it was too thick for me. I instructed him to support the injured arm. The pillowcase comes off easily.

I am a picky dreamer and this pillow is the best pillow I have ever bought. I call myself a "pillow nazi" and this pillow is simply the best sleeping pillow I've ever had.

I like the pillow but I had to air it out during the day as it smells like chemicals. Buy more nature without latex. I don't know how it smells, but I don't care at all. Pity!

The first pillow of this type I have had. Love it. It may take a while to get used to, but it gives me a great night of comfortable sleep and keeps my head from bouncing around. Keeps my head and neck in a stable position without restricting movement or suffocating me.

The person I bought this for is very happy with it. He sleeps on his back and has severe arthritis in his neck and back and this pillow helps him sleep a little better. The pillow is really medium firm, not soft and not hard. Delivered very quickly, brand new in perfect condition.

I love this pillow! I had a hard time finding a pillow that offered the right amount of support and didn't straighten up within the first 5 minutes of putting it on. And most memory foam pillows are too soft. This one is just right for me. I have bought so many pillows trying to find just the right one.

Well made and a good size. but if it is "medium" stiffness, then a wooden pillow should be high. There is practically no turning back. I put a couple of hardback textbooks on the pillow to try and "work" and it almost didn't sink. EDIT: It doesn't work at all. If you like toughness then this is for you. I couldn't sleep on it; it literally kept me awake from the pain of being too hard.

Excellent pillows for such a price. Bought a pair for our guest bed and my wife liked them so much I had to buy another one. Great support for side sleepers but can be very comfortable for back or stomach sleepers. My only concern is that they can get a bit warm at night, which is the only thing stopping me from switching. However, I'm too sensitive to such things, so I'm only giving one star.
