Bought this for our queen bed and love the weight and softness. I just tossed it in the washing machine the first time and then dried it. It came out beautifully. I just wish it was wider. I bought a king bed to cover most of my bed. That's my only criticism at the moment. It covers the mattress on both sides but not the spring.

So I didn't read the whole description. I thought that I would use it as a summer blanket, but in fact the light thing is very warm. I recommend either turning off the AC or storing it until it gets a little chilly. Since we had ordered sheets and a duvet along with a duvet, we decided to turn off the air conditioning for the time being.

The comforter is very light and soft. It was similar to the one I had previously bought, the only difference being that I didn't like the color of this one. It's more of a faded color, which isn't the look I was aiming for. Also, I liked the product. Update: Definitely not worth it! I ended up returning it as it ripped during the first wash. The faded look was because the material was very thin! I would not recommend this!

I read a lot of reviews and chose this one as it is in the mid price range and the reviews were the best. Was definitely not disappointed. It's incredibly soft, beautifully made, lightweight yet fluffy and warm, and washes very well. However, I hung it outside to dry. Update: This thing is incredibly hot, we can't use it. My husband and I are sweating to death even though it's 63 degrees at home. We will have to use it for winter camping.

There is something magical about this blanket. He looks flat when you see him on your bed, but when he's lying on you he looks very fluffy and soft! Fraud at its finest! I ordered this to replace the comforter on my king size bed. I have a big bed and a big dog that loves to sleep with me and I didn't want anything incredibly expensive. It's perfect for the price, feel, light weight and good looks! I put it on like they do in hotels with a flat sheet underneath and over it to protect it from the dog and it seems to work. The duvet is really soft and looks like my duvet. I threw it in the dryer upon arrival and it's just as fluffy. It's very light for its size. I don't think it's warm enough for winter, but very good for chilly nights. In the winter I would probably tape a blanket over it. There is a strap at the edges to which you can tie a duvet cover.
