Very realistic looking fake cameras. After inserting rechargeable AA batteries into the "IR" housing, the light turns on every night and does not go out for several weeks thanks to small solar panels on the top of the camera housing.

Convincing and intimidating! I was delighted when I received them and found that they work as described. Most other dummy cameras only contain a blinking LED. If you insert a few AA batteries, the IR LEDs will turn on at night (the built-in light sensor will detect when it's dark) and the solar panel will charge the batteries during the day.

Looks very realistic. I use them to magnify my real cameras. The solar charger works great too, I had to put it under a canopy and was afraid it wouldn't get direct light. But six weeks later, it still lights up every night. Note that when calculating the total cost of ownership, batteries are NOT included, so you'll have to spend $$ on batteries.
