I bought the stool to reach the tall bookshelves and help with the lampshades. The bookshelves are made of teak, so I chose a teak colored stool. Being made of pine (much cheaper than teak) it still looks a little yellower than the shelves but close enough to the room.

This product looks well made. Thanks to its style and finishes, it goes well with other furniture. It requires no assembly and comes in inner and outer boxes. This is enough to use as a step for a higher bed. At the top I added a piece of non-slip material. I would order again if I needed another one.

This stool looks great and seems to be very well made. Arrived quickly and assembled. My only problem is that I sometimes have to kick or shift my weight to get to one of the four edges. This will cause the chair to tip over as the bottom/support is adjusted approximately 1 inch. Otherwise I'd say it's a good size, it's not slippery to stand on and it looks nice.

Well made, nice finish, carved 'handle' a comfortable but definitely not safe choice for the elderly with balance problems. I wear size 8 shoes, I'm not overweight, size 77 and thought it would be perfect for a night stool. First, the barefoot cut grip is uncomfortable, it is designed for only one foot, and most importantly, it immediately loses stability. I foresee a serious accident, so I will not use it. It's a shame, as I said, well done.
