The best thing about this software it's simplicity, I can easily track my account performance using simple metrics like likes/comments etc.
It provides me with useful insights in terms of where to improve most for better engagement along other social media platforms such as Twitter or even LinkedIn.
Not much so far but maybe some minor glitches here n there when posting content via mobile devices (mobile app). This platform has been instrumental in helping us understand our audience behaviorβ¦
