The bag is perfect for what I need it for. My laptop fits perfectly in my bag and holds my lunch and shoes. Nice room in a secondary bag. The rain cover is a nice bonus. Securely fixed and does not sag. Ideal for motorcycle trips. The only thing I would change would be if it had some smaller pockets in the accessory pocket for storing things like pens, keys, cables, headphones etc.

Addendum: 4 years after purchase, the right strap came loose from the main part. I'm still not happy with the size, but then again, I'm well above average. Well done. Lots of storage space for gear. Easily attach multiple items with carabiners. Tough: I fell out of a basket on the back of my bike and got hit by b4 wheels a few times. I turned around and found it. Items inside squashed as expected, but everything stayed in the zippers and the only seam that tore easily was the main seam on the inner wall, which usually separates the top of a laptop from the rest of the main bag. Everything was damaged except for a few very minor abrasions.
