Below average comfort for winter

Tested on a big corner at 34F and rain. The hands were cold. I thought I should have put them on earlier. Tried them in 55F, dry and windy on a run yesterday. Really cold, almost imperceptible, like my hand without a glove (took one off after about 10 minutes of running). Temperature today is 24F with 19 winds. About a minute after going outside after warming them up inside, it gets uncomfortably cold. All my equipment is fine except for my hands. I really wanted to love it because of the…

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Too long to wait

NOT waterproof, label says 'unsealed'

I'm disappointed to read the label on the gloves that the label says 'waterproof' but also says 'unsealed'. This disclaimer comes very close to saying "waterproof" on the label so it's probably fair, but I didn't see that disclaimer in the Revain product description. Also, the tag describes the waterproofing technology used, which looks like a breathable membrane (a la GoreTex) which in my experience is usually very water repellent but not "waterproof". I have a glove for wading (cold) water…

  • Absolute legend

A really BAD pair of gloves, they don't do anything as promised

I have a pair of these that I used over New Years 2017 in Sequoia. The temperature fluctuated around 40 degrees. In these gloves, your hands felt colder than the ambient temperature. When the wind picked up, it seemed like you were carrying blocks of ice. The Serius pairs my wife and I wore didn't allow for tapping on the phone screen, and it's best not to. To compound the injury, my cousins wore $20 gloves purchased from Target and did everything those gloves were supposed to do. Seriously…

Pros
  • Inspire confidence
Cons
  • Disturb me

Great gloves for cycling in cold weather

I use these for cycling and they work as advertised - windproof, thin and warm. And durable! I bought a pair of these gloves six years ago and after regular use in cold weather, one of the seams is finally showing a gap. Nice that they still exist!

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • boring packaging

Best winter gloves for cold weather Gloves

These are the only winter gloves that I wear often. I live in Michigan and have worn these gloves for 4 winters. Not exactly WATERPROOF, but waterproof enough for normal winter use. They are thin but keep my hands warm. I love the new faux leather fingertips on the thumb and forefinger. I didn't like the old white nibs that allowed electronics, this leather nib is much more attractive and still works very well. I will keep buying them as I keep losing them! :) Suitable slightly large. My hand…

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • High price

Don't bring them near the velcro!

Not next to Velcro! If you're not around velcro I'd say they're great, cozy, warm, breathable, water repellent to a degree and if they get wet they stay warm but touch every velcro and stick like magnets they come off every time. Who lives without Velcro?

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Modern
