The workmanship is good, not quite the Switchcraft quality and weight but I still don't need it. However, I was very surprised that they didn't come with plastic or cardboard tubes. Once I gave them a temporary fix, they don't screw together very well. So I'm a bit disappointed.

I like Seismic products but these connectors seem overpriced. They really work. 1 star discount for the extremely high price of these imported plugs. I was able to make the adapters I wanted, but despite very careful isolation of the entire internal connection area, they don't inspire confidence. I wish they were a little larger in diameter, more space between conductors, and a more comfortable feel on the 1/4" jack side. I'm very glad I only bought four. I won't be buying any more of these…

These extensions are of high quality. Soldering is definitely essential to complete your work. Then the fitting is twisted again. Easy. I use them when swapping out cables for clients when they have irregular, too short or too long cable runs (I trim the length when there are too many cables to trip over, broken equipment, etc.) or when I'm designing a completely new system. .
