Too sticky

I use a similar product so that my embroidery is stable and I can place the work on the hoop. This reel was so sticky I had to use rubbing alcohol or more with every color change and it caused me a lot of stops, starts and anxiety.

Pros
  • Sew
Cons
  • Thin

Stabilizer will NOT peel off

Stabilizer will not peel off. Most of the carrier material sticks to the material and can hardly be removed completely. Looks terrible! I have tried this several times. I've used other Peel N Stick stabilizers before and never had this problem.

Pros
  • Sewing Supplies and Accessories
Cons
  • Unsure

A terrible need!

The product has a strong paper base and is very sticky, but when you try to remove the paper from the aluminum ring, it sticks and the paper tears from the top layer and you have to spend an hour to impregnate that is lacquer thinner , sticky mass etc. and remove the adhesive layer with a spatula.

Pros
  • Stabilizers
Cons
  • Very expensive
