Product description says it uses 2 CR5 batteries, not even close. The actual batteries are LR932 which cannot be found. The LR 932 batteries are used in a group of eight to make the A23 battery. This penlight is powered by 3 independent LR932 batteries. spent my money

If you intend to write a lot with one pen, look elsewhere as the pen cap will not attach to the other end during use. Other than that, I like this product. I rarely use a pen. I bought it mainly for the lighting and the glass breaking feature. Appears to be well built.

I love this self defense tactical pen. I've been looking for a really cool tactical style pen for a long time. This pen has it all. Lots of cool gadgets like flashlight, bottle opener and mug. All my customers comment on the pen and want it. Especially my military customers. They are so cool I'm even thinking of making a big order to give me a chance to close the deal!

This pen is great, the only downside I found is the small flashlight button. It is very easy to hit the light and turn it on. To prevent this, I just take out the batteries. Everything else about this pen is great. It fits nicely in my small hand, is a good weight, bright light and the fact that it comes with two sets of extra batteries and extra ink makes it even better. worth your money.

Intensely bright light, a pen that even writes on wax paper, a glass breaker and much more! It even fits in a pen holder in your glove compartment, so it's always close at hand. This is a great and compact pen for so many tools. I hang it on a work cord. I bought two different tactical pens without knowing which one to choose. This makes it bigger and more compact! Disadvantage #1 is that the flashlight has to be unscrewed and removed to use the stylus as a cap. I personally prefer the extendable handle. However, this is a personal preference.
