Terrible surface texture, difficult to see through

I was expecting a clear shield to replace the scratched and cracked shield I used when weeding. Unpacked, never used, the finish was so bad everything was just as blurry and hard to see as the old damaged one. The surface is not smooth or level. The effect is like looking through moving water instead of air.

Good product, easy to install.

If you take the point of a pocket knife and (while observing the aluminum frame closely) cut through the protective coating on both sides, then take the sharp edge of the knife, starting at one of the top corners, and begin to to remove the protective cover, it is easy to detach. I had to slightly modify my new face shield to fit my headband. It's easy, just use your old sign as a template.

strong and crisp but it took a bit of dremel work to get the fit.

Needed a clear face shield instead of a tinted one to use on a welding headgear I assembled in my workshop. I am a healthcare worker and needed this to take care of COVID-19 patients. It's very clear and reliable enough for my purposes. With protective film on both sides, which can be easily removed. It's supposed to be a "universal fit" but my (slightly cheap) hat fit was imprecise so I had to do a bit of dremel work to increase the dimensions of the slotted hole. The setup took about 10…
