Hi I bought about 20 of these kits. Works perfect. Amazing item but 1 of the microphone set is not working. Actually the last one I ordered. I wonder how can I contact the seller?

Slightly brassy at full volume (just so I can hear it through my whistles) and it's a bit pricey but otherwise no complaints. The battery life is great, it connects perfectly with my phone and other headsets and makes my ride a little more comfortable.

We just used them for a 1300 mile ride. Sometimes they worked very, very well. At times, for no apparent reason, the wind noise was very bad. The instructions are VERY complicated, especially when trying to connect 4 together. I haven't figured it all out yet, but it was nice to be able to talk about things like changes in plans/directions.

Bought this unit because the Cardo speakers didn't fit in my helmet. The sound quality of these Sena speakers is not very good, but good enough. With the device I can listen to music while driving and chat with my wife on her bike, that's all I need. At the same time she can listen to her own music. A very pleasant experience, although the sound quality and feature list are lacking on the Cardo device.

First of all, the cost of this is much more than it is worth. In 2020, you might think something like this would be simpler, cleaner, and easier to install. The music function is terrible because of the sound quality. Music is quiet even at maximum volume. Any noise around you will drown out the music. So forget about listening to music while driving. To be honest, other drivers are hard to understand, so talking while driving is pointless. Honestly not worth the price. Cozy? Yes! Its worth it?

I'll never ride without one again. The intercom works great as I can speak AND hear my partner while driving and departing. (dual sport bikes). The volume was my biggest issue, but it's safe to say it's more than loud enough. When comparing the sound quality and bass to the Corvette 10 Bose speaker system, yes, the Sena doesn't sound as good. For mounting a motorcycle helmet, that's pretty good. Installation was easy. The instructions were clear. My helmet was bluetooth enabled and had speaker cutouts. I ended up using the thickest spacers behind the speakers. Everything fits well in the helmet. I placed the control unit on the left and the battery on the back. I mounted the mic just left of center on the mouthguard of my full face helmet.
