🎧 Sena SPH10HD-FM-01 Half-face Helmet Kit with Dual Pack and Enhanced FM Tuner Review

Easy to install but never managed to reduce wind noise, it was consistent and drove me nuts. Also, wind noise drained the batteries in just 3 hours. Another issue we encountered is the echo in the helmet.

Sounds pretty good. Only used them a few times for communication. Called, spoke and understood another person at speeds of up to 60 miles per hour. The radio works fine. Picks up several nearby stations. I am very satisfied except that they are a bit expensive for what they are.

This item was purchased 2 years ago. I strongly advise against purchasing this item. Contacting Sena without permission, I can't hear anything above 45mph, even after all of their recommended fixes, which were very few. Please save some money, this product is not worth your time and certainly not your hard earned dollars

How much we paid for this double set, they don't charge properly. The light changes to blue, so you think it's fully charged. However, if you don't unplug it and plug it back in to charge, it only lasts about 3 hours. My Scala lasted at least 12 hours on a single charge and didn't have to be unplugged and plugged back in for a full charge.

I mean sometimes they work. We get a lot of wind noise. There were problems with the connection, could not reach the road captain as he was shooting his tail. The only person who could be contacted was the wife of this couple. And even then I had to hit the little reset button because my device just shut down and wouldn't turn back on until I did. But it's better than nothing.

Because an intercom works well, the sound is good. The only negative is the delay between pressing the button and waiting for a signal before connecting. At high speeds I never hear a call so I don't know if they are calling me. But maybe I really don't want to be disturbed while riding, so it's not that bad. Listening to music from your phone via Bluetooth is by far the best feature. Easy to connect and easy to control, the sound quality is good. The FM radio works well, just a little tricky…

Too expensive for what it is. I bought 3 sets of BT communicators and my Chinese Shark brand junk set is 8 years old and works just as well as this one. It still works but thought I would step up in quality and sound. Not correct. I spent an extra $259 and the only upgrade I got is the Sena logo. Very disappointed and will not repeat this mistake again. FM is useless where I'm driving without a good antenna. The fasteners on my half helmets were pretty crappy unless I choose to glue them on…
