Great value and quality of service to open up useful capabilities

The platform is intuitively simple for non-technical users who want some basic automation in their marketing toolkit without having deep technical skills or resources available internally (or willing/able spend money). It's also easy enough that you can get started with it very quickly even if your organization doesn't have any existing integrations yet - which makes onboarding new people easier than most tools I've used before! There are definitely things we'd like more flexibility around but…

Engaging communications solution which makes reaching new prospects effortless

I like that it has everything we need for an effective messaging program - from automated emails (including content updates) to SMS blasts with texts as well as voicemails. The reporting is also great so you can see how your marketing efforts are performing. In addition, the platform is very intuitive so anyone can use it without having any training. It's not easy for people who are less tech-savvy to figure out how things work, but sending a message isn't overly complicated once you've figured

  • You get both email automation AND phone campaigns included within this single solution! Also helpful was being provided call recording if needed which saved me hours upon my first campaign launch compared wto previous experiences using Campaign Monitor before their acquisition by Salesforce / Oracle/ Adobe etc :) Highly recommended product!!! Thank u everyone @sendilio team!!
