Has a high quality feel. The switch moves effortlessly. I really like how the mechanism pivots. My Old Lock I often had to grab my laptop and look at it from awkward angles to try to get the codes right. With this lock, the tumbler/lock actually rotates, allowing you to turn the face in any of the 4 directions you want. This makes it very convenient for quick locking/unlocking. I bought the laptop locks here at Revain made. I highly recommend this castle.

You can buy a set of small screwdrivers at many dollar stores. You don't need a high quality screwdriver here - most people will never need this screwdriver again. The lock is easy to use. I am very grateful that such a lock exists and even more glad that it is so easy to use. I was able to set the lock to the combination I wanted without my IT guys having to do it for me! And that is a real achievement! Now I can put my student's laptop within sight of my living room so he can't get up at night and spend hours watching Netflix instead of sleeping. I use these in a retail store to protect laptop screens. They look safe and the lock seems secure. The numbers have a positive click when rotated. Some combo cables reset too easily, resulting in an accidental reset to an unknown combination. This isn't difficult at all, but impossible without a small flathead screwdriver.
