The lock doesn't lock where you can remove the key. which completely defeats the purpose of blocking in the first place. I bought 4 and they are ALL like this.

This is a strong laptop security cable. I wouldn't lock my bike outside but this is used to discourage customers from going to service with our laptop and it does the job perfectly.

I have a cable plugged into my printer/fax in the right back corner, the lock is jamming (very simple system). The office was broken into again and, although it took a little longer, he managed to escape with the printer. The locking mechanism is really broken. I like this idea.

This is a simple design and works when the lock is properly aligned. However, it is very easy to set up the lock to only use the key for unlocking, which defeats the purpose. At first I thought there was a trick to the lock as it shifted or became like that after one use. I had to manually align the pieces to get the key/lock to do its job.
