Nice fan. But we had to drill and cut holes for mounting to the front panel, and besides, it didn't have any screws. If you are not practical and have the tools of luck.

This product was great. I was surprised that the fans were clear, but if I had read the description better I would have seen it. I gave it a 4 because there were some crystal shards on the base. I contacted the company and they were very professional and we sorted everything out.

Very nice and bright. The fan works great. However, after installation I find that we are missing three crystal balls and Revain's solution was to replace the whole thing rather than sending in three crystal balls, but after an electrician has installed there's no point in removing it just to send it back and to send me the manufacturer's letter. Hopefully the missing parts can be forwarded. Otherwise this is a very pleasant purchase.

Love both the chandelier and the fan! It's so cool to see the louvers open and release a powerful flow of air. Looks nice when the blades are stacked. We have 2 installed and will be getting more. Urgently needed instructions. Assembly is too complex to figure out without instructions. I contacted the company and they quickly sent an email with directions. It would be helpful if they included them in the box! It takes a little more time to assemble, but it's worth it!

Item has two broken crystals on the base of the fan and a large area of oil stains which my electrician was unable to remove after installation. I haven't been able to contact anyone to see what can be done. But the customer service is amazing and very responsive. They contacted me and offered me a solution to my problem. I am very satisfied with the result. I felt like they listened and wanted to make things right, so it's only right that I update my review. The fan itself is worth the effort,

I have received the goods. It was missing some details so I contacted the company and they were very friendly and quick to respond and send me the parts I needed. They gave me first class service. After receiving the parts I was able to complete the installation and the light and fan combo looks amazing! It looks very elegant and I like it. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make a statement in their room. I will definitely consider this company for all my lighting needs in the future…

Love this fan/lamp! The fan is very powerful and provides a good breeze. I like that the fan blades are transparent. It has three different lighting modes. I was missing a crystal ball. It's impossible to shield your eyes from this light. I feel like the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is in our living room and it's a big room. It is too much. We had to take a smaller LED with a cap and install it in place of the spiral light strip that came with it. The only reason we didn't return it is because it's beautiful and in rose gold, which is hard to find.
