Like the other customer, I cannot use this product as it does not come with an adapter and I had no idea I would need one. I have an important project that needs to be done in 2 days and I'm disappointed that I can't use this product after finishing it overnight. This information must be added to the product description. I love it when they work. In order for them to work with USB, you need to buy an additional adapter, and the connector between the headset cable and the adapter cable does not work properly and sometimes causes static electricity. If you connect and disconnect repeatedly, the contacts will be erased and will work for a while. The second major problem is that the headset cable breaks over time and cannot be replaced. You have to send it to Sennheiser and have it replaced, which costs $85.
