I ordered 3 packs and only received 1. The packaging is bad and already open.

Ordered 3 packs of 2.7oz for $12.95. However, I only received 1 package and the package is very bad and already opened. Not even a plastic cover. Package. I have serious doubts about the quality of the product. Please send me an order for 3 packs as soon as possible.
