Ice packs and premium bandages were very helpful, but I needed something to help me through my rehab process and this product was it. I was waiting for this lift, I ordered size L because I wear a size 9.5. My foot is normal, medium sized. When I tried it on it was quite a disappointment as it was very difficult to put on and even more difficult to take off. This ankle cuff is very comfortable and easy to wear. I bought it to compress a ganglion node so I have to wear it for about 6 weeks until the node goes away. Can't rate it as an ankle support as it's not what I need, but it's comfortable with the right amount of compression.
