A simple but powerful tool: Sentinels

The best part about sentinels is that it is very easy to use, is intuitive and has great features. It's amazing how well they have put this product together. I would like for there to be more categories available in the reports. I think it is hard to pull up information with just one category selected. Sentinels makes my job easier by providing me all of the necessary information at once. If you're looking for a complete solution for your organization, Sentinels will help keep things…

Easy way send automated email and text messages

I like that you can set up rules to trigger notifications, as well as be able filter them by priority level (High or Low). It's also easy for someone who isn't technical with computers/IT stuff etc.,to manage it all from their end! There is nothing really i dislike about sentinel in my opinion but would say if there was one thing - maybe more customization options? Maybe even make an app so they could create some of those themselves which then syncs back automatically when changes are made via

Great app and great customer service

I love that it's easy to use, has multiple options for setting up alerts (email or text), is very customizable in terms of what you want alerted when an alert occurs, can be used from any device with internet access etc., offers many different types/sizes of insurance companies so there are lots more choices than other apps out their as far as which ones work best! Not much - just like all software products these days this one seems pretty solid but nothing really stands-out either way. We've…

  • Great variety of carriers; Easy setup of emails notifications sent upon certain events occurring within program settings without being complicated nor requiring too advanced technology /knowledge skills required
Cons
  • Nothing comes immediately forward..I'd wish they would offer something similar along those lines where users could download maps showing actual locations instead only offering general zip code location searches
