Great customer service and constant updates

The customer care team was very helpful as I had some questions about my account setup. They were able to answer all of my queries quickly! There wasn't much that i didn't like - they are always willing to go above & beyond for their customers (even when it's not required). It would be great if there could have been more updates available so one can stay informed without having to constantly check back into this page or emailing someone everytime an update comes out. Outstanding SEO Tool with outstanding Customer Service and Communication

The best thing about this program that I love most was when they would send me emails letting my know what updates are being done for my account every few days which kept us informed as well! Sometimes it takes up to two weeks before some changes have been updated through google search or other sites but if there's something wrong such as keywords not showing high ranking then an email let's us know immediately so no waiting around too long.
