I love this chair. It is beautiful and fits perfectly in my room/office. The chair is larger and more comfortable to sit on. The inclination of the chair can be adjusted in the same way as the height. It's relatively easy to assemble, but like other reviewers, I found myself unable to attach all of the points on the underside of the chair to the backrest. I love this chair! I bought this chair for my church office. I bought a medium gray twill. It was well packaged (in a Serta box) with step-by-step instructions. All drill holes were perfectly aligned and everything was assembled in minutes. I was a bit bothered by some of the reviews I've read that this isn't a genuine "Serta" chair and the drill holes don't line up. The armchair is beautiful, but very uncomfortable. I had a lot of trouble assembling the chair seat cushion because the holes didn't line up. I had to force it to run. Now it seems to me that the seat is tilted, so I could slide off the chair at any moment. Even the height at the lowest level is still quite high off the ground. UPDATE 03/18. Finally a new back and the holes are wider than the original. Instead of offering a backup they promised me to try a refund from Revain. The problem is it's been over 3 months so I can't get a refund. It's a nice chair, but the holes on the bottom of the cushion don't match, making the chair unstable.
