The material is very cheap and dense. It looks like thick unbranded cotton. It seems to me that they shrink when washed. I don't like shirts at all and was so disappointed when I opened the package but my son wouldn't let me return it. He's 4 so he doesn't get it. I take for my son but I will never buy from this seller again!

My 2 year old son threw a Sesame Street themed birthday party. I was looking for a cute Elmo shirt for him. I was a bit nervous about buying these as some of the reviews said they looked cheap. I disagree with these comments. They are cute shirts and fit him as expected. A t-shirt has "chubby" letters on it. Turn your shirt inside out to wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and you're all set.

Ehhhh. Cotton is dense but very rough and prickly. The print leaves a very textured, almost annoying stain on the inside of the shirt. Since my little guy has sensitive skin and is still very small, it wasn't a real win for us. That airy color showed through, making the wrong side of the shirt uncomfortable. The shirt is good, thick, a bit loose, but the material is definitely not soft. But nice prints.
