The customer support was excellent, they were able to get us setup quickly with an account manager that understood our needs. This helped mitigate some of the pain points we had with other providers like Xero or Quickbooks Online. We found it difficult at times to navigate through their system as there are many features available but not always intuitive for new users.
They also don't offer phone support which I think would be beneficial for small businesses using this platform. Setl has beenβ¦
