The most beneficial part of our experience with seven was their dedication to learning about us as an organization. Our team leader at one point called me personally because he wanted to know how we used seven in our daily operations. I like that they are able to use their platform in order to find new employees from all over the world who share our values of diversity inclusion. They have an online form where you can write your CV so it is very easy to upload your profile there. The only thing that could be improved would be maybe if we had access to some more information about each candidate before making the final decision (eg gender, age etc).
