No matter what the size (I got a 4x cuz I have G's) you get, the cups stay the same size as say a small or medium (my sister got a medium and they too were too small for her D's). So, first of all, it's absolutely lovely. The fit is perfect. I am still very happy I bought it and my husband is going to love it on me.That said 2 points of disappointment1) no breast support. My girls are flopping all over the place, slipping out. There's no sort of structure at all to keep them in place. Big breasted women should be aware of that.2) the panties pictured are NOT the panties I received. The panties pictured have a thick band around the hip. I got a triangle with some strings.

If ordering for yourself go with your regular size. I ordered a size up and it was so big on me I had to pull the ribbons until I was using the lace to tie it closed. Otherwise it's great and looks as beautiful as pictured.

The bra has zero support. I can't keep my breasts in it at all. Im not expecting fantastic support but I should be able to take a couple steps. I think women of all sizes would have trouble.
