It would have gotten five stars if, as mentioned above, it had Apple's best screen.

This is a very good product except for one noticeable fault. The plastic cover is leaking and dirt is getting underneath so I ended up cutting it out. It would be better if you charge a little more for it and put a regular Apple screen on it. The device is very durable, I like to stand. If you think the price is too high with a screen, give the customer a choice to buy it with or without a screen. I'm sure you have better purchasing power than a person who just buys a screen from the Apple…

Very Durable: Computers and Accessories

My youngest loves this case, her older sister got one and didn't leave the tablet alone so we ordered one for her and she loves it and so far it's very durable and she loves it there is a handle on the back to hold it. Will buy this case for our middle child when she gets her tablet.

Super cute and works

Bought for my daughter's iPad to protect it. She hasn't dropped it on concrete yet, but she's dropped it on our hardwood and tile floors and it has held and protected. She loves the color and the matching strap. The arm opening is Velcro adjustable rather than elastic which is really nice. And for the price it's good. It arrived as expected.

Great for the average user

This would be a great case for the average user. But I bought this case to protect my iPad mini 5 from our 6 year old with autism. If I had known an Otter Case would fit 4 I would have bought it. However, Ted's case lasted three months and only the hard plastic liner broke. However, he can take the iPad out of the case, which was not possible with the Otterbox case. He carries it by the handle on the back and uses the built-in kickstand for hands-free video watching.
