I have long hair that reaches my armpits and is thick. I can't put all my hair in one cap, but if most of it goes in I can handle the rest before the cap loses moisture. My problem so far is that there is too much air conditioning. My hair retains its natural waves but looks wet even when dry. When I brush him he wants to get curly. But I'm learning to manage! We used them on my mother in law and they worked really well. We microwaved it for about 10 seconds to keep it warm and then just put it on her head and rubbed it into her hair.
