I've never purchased shapewear, so this is my first experience with this type of product. I like the fit of this bodysuit and it's comfort, but I can't say it did much shaping. I bought an xL based on my measurements on the size chart and it fits perfectly, especially in the butt area, however I probably should have gone with a large for more "shaping." I don't know how it would have fit on my bottom though. nobody wants those weird tight lines that make your butt look like exploded biscuit…

It’s a comfortable snug tank top with a snap bottom so it stays on place. It won’t roll up your "rolls” because of the snug fit and snap closure. I will wear it under a blazer or a open sweater. It will not however hide or smooth out your figure and rolls like a smaller tighter body shaper would. It’s a comfortable snug fit that lets you breathe, but it also doesn’t hold everything in shape.

This is a smoothing garment and not so much a shape wear. Once you know this then your expectations for it will be in accordance. I really like it because it smooths everything out and I don’t need to wear a bra with it being that I wear a 40ddd. It’s easy to put on and take off.
