The product is easy to set up. Does an excellent cleaning job. Covers floors very well organized. Very noisy, I think the extra power has to come with a trade off.

The device only worked for 1 day, after which there was a constant error message. Reset failed error. Returned the product 2 weeks ago, still not returned. I will dispute the charge with the credit card company.

What surprised me the most about this unit was its ability to go from tile to carpet with no problems. Excellent work on carpets, under sofas, beds, closets etc. Don't forget to route cables or they will eat away. worth your money. In addition, you can use the map function to program which rooms will be left alone to walk around the house after a week or so, and choose which areas to cover each day if needed.

I have had several robots in the last 3.5 years and this one is by far the best! It maps my home so I can designate "areas" for special cleaning whenever I want. It's also very good at picking up pet hair and clumping it up in the trash can the way a dryer picks up lint on a lint net. Broken upon arrival. Although I gave it 2 stars because the app was very easy to connect and easy to use.
