I ordered this vacuum to replace my broken Shark. If I didn't have to use the vacuum cleaner as soon as I got it, I would most likely return it. It came with a broken part in the dust bag and one of the latches on the dust bag was broken. Luckily my old broken Shark served as a parts donor and the broken parts are interchangeable.
