I love the look of this knife. Lightweight but durable. I don't like that the star emblem fell off mine and got lost. Of no use whatsoever, and I hope that's not a sign of the future.

This knife sharpener is compact and versatile, the whistle is very loud, our friends could hear the whistle almost 1/4 mile away. The compass is surprisingly very accurate. All in all, that's the best $6 I've ever spent.

Perfect sharpener, works great with straight blades, has a fold out compartment for serrated blades. Breathed new life into my pocket knife. It has a convenient hole for adding paracord or a carabiner for easy attachment to gear.

Knife sharpener is ok, not good but just ok. The whistle is so quiet it's useless and the compass is ok if you want to get lost it's great for that purpose. 5 star rating. To be honest I recommend trying a different brand.

Received yesterday and put to work immediately. Quickly brought out of retirement a terribly dull knife and of course sharpened others that were in better condition. If you want a compass, don't waste your money. Tungsten carbide is weakly magnetic and is found near the compass, making it useless. It stays fixed with respect to the sharpener and not the Earth's magnetic field because they built it out of magnetic material right next to the compass. It might add some humor to the survival situation. Sharpeners are too narrow for anything other than a kitchen knife.
