This is a nice little fan. Approximately nine inches from base to highest point. It's lightweight, but the plastic isn't too flimsy. That should do the trick as long as you don't bump it into anything. It is charged via USB cable. I have a GO4 model. The GO4C also comes with a power adapter and charging station. After a while I see that it's heavy. You'll leave it on for a while if it's hot enough to warrant such a fan, and there's no obvious way to set it up for hands-free use.
